I was searching for some good LCD screen for my car but I have found that LCDs available in market does not support various formats and I dont want to convert each and every video before copying it into LCD, I just want to add files directly into LCD and LCD will support all files.
After little bit searching I have found that Chinese tablets APad can fulfil my requirements, so I purchased an APad Chinese tablet and I found it good as its cheap in price and having lots of features which are not available in Car LCDs, like Wi-Fi, games, support of various applications along with touch screen and much more.
So I ordered a custom plastic detachable stand from local market so I can remove LCD from car whenever I want easily but the only problem I face was charging as APad car charger is not available in local market so I decide to create my own.
With few parts I have created a simple Automatic Charger which works with Audio remote socket, whenever Car Audio powered on this circuit starts charging your APad tablet.
Total cost will be under 92/= PKR (1$) similar ready made chargers on Apads website are available for 19$
Note: Please use heat sink with IC

Sometime OS gets crash so it requires flashing (if hardware is working fine) so kindly Google for your version of OS or follow these techniques if your tablet is listed here:

buddy how much cost of your Apad?
and why not we directly hang up the 7809ic with 12v from battery?can you plz explain the circuit!
Apads are available between 6,000 to 15,000 range (depend on configuration) in market.
Iam using 7809 IC directly for charging, however constant charging may damage Apad or may be cause of overcharging of Apad.
I have used a transistor circuit to power charging from car stereo remote output circuit whenever car stereo will be powered on charging circuit will automatically power on it will protect Apad from Over charging.
