Few days ago I was searching for a UPS for my computer therefore I have search different UPS brands in local market various shop keepers suggested Inverex UPS to me. I was aware about difference between Inverter and UPS so I thought I will make sure that the equipment iam purchasing is really a UPS not inverter.
After reading its specifications I have found that Inverex XP is not UPS its just a modified sine wave inverter with battery charger and automatic.
So First of all its really very clear that Inverex XP is not a UPS its just an Inverter.
Now come to Taiwan Made stamp on it, I have confirmed from various importers that Inverex is not imported / manufactured in Taiwan, its manufactured in China and imported from China. So if you are going to purchase Inverex inverter keep in mind you are purchasing a Chinese Inverter.
Pros:
- 1250VA (250VA extra as compare to its competitors)
- Charging from 120V for fans and tube lights (good for low voltage problem areas)
- Charging from 180V for computers (if voltage goes down from 180v threshold inverter will start automatically)
- Low battery drain gives long backup time.
Cons:
- Transformer less (high frequency chopper built) poor reliability.
- Program and parts are not easily available.
- No LCD Display (you wont get any status updates)
Final Virdict:
If you are going to buy an unbranded Pakistani UPS, I will suggest you to buy Inverex inverter as its good in battery charging, low voltage operations, rapid battery charger, however its not much reliable you cannot trust it for longer operations and its not recommended to use it for computers or sensitive equipments as its not pure sine wave its just a square wave inverter with modified sine form wave.

fans tv energy savers etc..
If you are using it for Fans, Tubelights, and Energy savers use it on Inverter Mode, if you are using it for computer use it on UPS mode.
For general appliances my suggestion is (INV – Inverter Mode)
For charging use 10 Amps.

Could you please help me i have just installed ineverex. it worked fine only one day next day it start blinking :
first light on the left showing battery charging?
but it does not work for hours still showing blinking?
i had changed its shoe insocket and my energy saver fused?
Connections are + to + – to – from inveres to batery.

i have just bought inverex 3+3 inverter
dealer said it will run 3 fans and 3 lights but when i have installed it it can only run 1 fan and 3 lights on n165 exide battery.when i start 2nd fan it start alarming and it just trip.i had also checked from yhe dealer where i bought but on his shop it run a 500 watt rod..
he said it is your battery problem.
WHAT I CAN DO
I also recharged my battery from shop but it is still doing problem
