About Me

About Faraz Ahmed

Who I Am

I am Faraz Ahmed, a SaaS builder, systems architect, trainer, and digital entrepreneur with a career spanning over two decades in the technology industry. My journey in the digital world began in 1996, and I have been actively building, deploying, and scaling digital solutions since 2000. I am based in Pakistan and serve clients across Pakistan, UAE, Singapore, Sweden, and globally.

I am not a consultant who sits in meetings and advises from the sidelines. I am a builder-operator who takes messy ideas, translates them into working systems, ships them, runs them, stabilizes them, and scales them. I have been in the trenches with customers since 2000, and that experience has made me unusually good at translating complex business needs into systems that actually work in the real world.

My technical foundation is built on PHP, Node.js, and MySQL. My infrastructure expertise spans Linux server management, LAMP stack deployment, hosting architecture design for startups and high-traffic platforms, Windows Server for automation products, and network architecture including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. I work with WordPress, custom PHP applications, WHMCS, cPanel/WHM environments, Docker-based deployments, and WebRTC stacks including TURN server patterns with Coturn.

I specialize in Bitrix24 and Zoho CRM deployments covering server installation, customization, workflow design, team training, and ongoing maintenance. My automation expertise includes development using Ubot, RTILA, Selenium, and custom bot development. I have deep experience in API integrations, system architecture design, workflow optimization, and SaaS product design from concept to production.

Beyond technical work, I operate as a YouTuber, online consultant, and course creator. I have developed 15+ practical training programs since 2000 and trained over 20,000 students across YouTube, Udemy, Trainings360, VideoSchool, and Air School. This positions me among the early course creators in the Pakistani digital education space, with a teaching methodology built on practical implementation rather than theoretical concepts.

My working philosophy is straightforward: proof over claims, systems beat motivation, build for users first then engineer for scale, prevent support load at the design stage, and ship fast then harden. I have a strong aversion to fakeness and build cultures where proof matters and people feel safe being honest about challenges and limitations.

My Journey

The Beginning: 1996 to 2000

My entry into the technology field happened in 1996 when I joined ComPak Computers as a trainee. This was my first step into a world that would become my career and passion for the next three decades. From ComPak, I moved to Silicon International where I worked as a trainee and circuit designer, gaining hardware-level understanding that would later inform my infrastructure work. I also worked with Voice of Police magazine in their publishing environment, exposure that would later inform my media digitization projects.

By 2000, I was ready to start building on my own terms. I began my freelance career with a project that would establish the model I follow to this day: building and maintaining the website for AwamiAwaz, a leading Sindhi newspaper. This was not just a website development project. It included monthly maintenance, hosting, server management, and full web solutions delivery. This comprehensive approach to client service became my signature and differentiated me from developers who simply built websites and walked away.

That same year, I started selling domains, hosting, web design, and SEO services directly to customers. I also joined ApnaKarobar as a partner, a hosting company that gave me my first experience running a business rather than just delivering services.

Building the Foundation: 2002 to 2005

In 2002, I launched VisualSoftPK as a hosting and domain provider. I leveraged the early SEO advantage in Pakistan to acquire customers, positioning myself among the first movers in the Pakistani digital services market. VisualSoftPK remains part of my brand legacy today.

In 2003, I launched RealKarachi, a passion project built out of love for my city. What started as a Karachi-focused platform expanded into coverage of cars, mobiles, and local updates. It became a significant traffic engine and lead generation source for my other services. That same year, I launched FarazAhmed.com as my personal brand website, which I began actively blogging on in 2005.

In 2004, the Adsense era began for me. RealKarachi was monetized via Google Adsense, generating significant revenue. I maintained heavy blogging output during this period and built the RK Community forum, which attracted thousands of Karachi-based participants and became one of the early successful online communities in Pakistan.

Media, Monetization, and Major Projects: 2006 to 2010

In 2006, I entered the MFA (Made for Adsense) sites business with a partner. The venture generated strong revenue until Google penalized the accounts and blocked them. RealKarachi was also affected due to account linkage. This was a significant setback, but it taught me important lessons about platform dependency that inform my approach to this day.

That same year, I began consultancy work with The Financial Daily, which led to my hiring as e-paper in-charge. From 2006 to 2010, I worked with The Financial Daily as their in-house web developer and e-paper system owner. I built and operated a smart online e-paper system, handling system design, website development, server management, and daily content updates. The system achieved 250,000 to 350,000 monthly visitors, which represented significant scale for Pakistani media at that time.

In 2008, I launched FriendsMania, a music community and alerts platform built on WordPress with custom PHP components. This project would become one of my signature achievements. The platform grew to over 5 million monthly users at its peak and generated approximately $12,000 monthly in Adsense revenue during its peak periods. FriendsMania operated successfully until 2020, demonstrating my ability to build and sustain platforms over extended periods.

Corporate Growth and CTO Role: 2008 to 2014

In 2008, I began working with BackCheckGroup, initially doing blog maintenance and customization work. Over time, my responsibilities grew into system pitching, team leadership, and eventually CTO-level responsibilities. BackCheckGroup later separated its IT division into a new entity called XclueSiv, which was registered as a company in Singapore. I continued as CTO in the evolved company.

My journey at XclueSiv took me from WordPress designer to CTO. During this phase, I delivered over 200 projects for multiple clients across various industries. This period was crucial in developing my project management, team leadership, and client communication skills at scale.

In 2010, I developed CrossCheck360 as an intelligent background verification system targeting the Singapore market. The platform achieves 100,000 to 300,000 monthly visitors and remains active today.

In 2011, I began my Fiverr journey. Initially, I used the platform to source low-cost creative services for my corporate clients. I then started selling my own services on the platform. This experience became a bridge into building a service team and agency capability in Pakistan, informing my later agency and team-building approaches.

In 2012, I launched RiskDiscovered as a background verification platform. The platform achieved 20,000 to 22,000 monthly visitors and supported high-revenue operations, with the business generating over 60 million PKR monthly at its peak.

In 2013, I founded Creatives360, building a small office team of 5 to 6 people. The agency delivered server management, content creation, design, SEO, and marketing execution services.

ForceGrowth and Group Buy Era: 2014 to 2017

In 2014, I co-founded ForceGrowth with Syed Faris Hussain. At ForceGrowth, I serve as co-founder with responsibilities including lead server manager, network designer, client communication lead, system flow designer, documentation owner, and delivery leadership. ForceGrowth focuses on Bitrix24 and Zoho CRM deployments, customizations, training, server maintenance, and comprehensive digital solutions. ForceGrowth remains active today and continues to serve clients globally.

That same year, I launched Group-Buy.net, positioned as the world’s first group buy tools selling platform. The platform operates in the tools sharing space, providing shared access to premium SEO and marketing tools. Group-Buy.net established my presence in an industry that would become a significant part of my business portfolio.

In the mid-2010s, I launched Trainings360, which became the second online training platform in Pakistan. The platform achieved over 2,000 registrations before I closed it within 1.5 years due to trainer partnership issues. I also launched HostForStartups as a custom hosting solution targeting startups, primarily in Singapore.

In 2016, SEOGroupbuy became active, serving international customers with group buy SEO tools. The platform remains active today.

In 2017, I launched RankDrive as a white-hat API-driven SaaS system designed as a legitimate alternative to group buy tools. The platform achieved 15,000 monthly visitors but was later closed due to heavy API expenses that made the business model unsustainable. This same year, WHMCSRDP became active as an automation SaaS product for WHMCS and Windows server RDP provisioning. The product enabled full lifecycle account automation and reached 800+ customers during its operation from 2017 to 2020.

Client Deployments and Enterprise Work: 2018 to 2022

Through ForceGrowth, I delivered multiple significant client projects during this period. In 2018, I completed the CastleKey project for a Sweden-based wedding and events company, achieving 15,000 to 20,000 monthly visitors. The same year included IntegratedMedia for Bitrix24 CRM deployment, IGG International Golden Group for comprehensive Bitrix24 deployment including server setup, customization, and ongoing maintenance, and 3Host Technologies for website development, Bitrix24 deployment, and custom hosting CMS development.

In 2021, I continued work with ForceGrowth on various projects including Kector Technologies for Bitrix24 customization focused on business flow optimization. Kector Technologies remains an active client today.

In 2022, VideoSchool became active as an online courses platform, with me handling development and server delivery. VideoSchool continues to operate today as part of my training ecosystem.

Current Platforms and Scale: 2023 to Present

In 2023, I launched RDPLinks as a WebRTC-based group buy platform. The platform achieves over 40,000 monthly visitors and represents the evolution of my group buy ecosystem with modern technology.

In 2024, I launched MyPanel as a centralized SaaS panel for the group buy industry and reseller network enablement. Built with PHP, Node.js, and MySQL, the platform includes modules for tool checking, AI support, LMS (learning management system), and tool updating systems. MyPanel serves over 100,000 active users monthly, making it one of my largest platforms by user count.

I have also reserved the BizNas domain for a planned future venture that will represent the next evolution of my business direction.

What I Offer

Training and Mentorship

I have been creating training programs since 2000, making me one of the earliest course creators in the Pakistani digital education space. My training approach is fundamentally different from theoretical educators. I teach from execution, not from textbooks. Every concept I teach is something I have implemented in production environments, tested with real customers, and refined through actual business operations.

I have created 15+ practical training programs covering areas including WordPress development, PHP and Node.js development, server management and deployment, SEO and digital marketing strategy, SaaS building and product development, CRM deployment and customization, automation and workflow design, and YouTube growth and content creation strategy.

My training has reached over 20,000 students across multiple platforms including my YouTube channel, Udemy, Trainings360, VideoSchool, and Air School. I operate a professional studio workflow for content production including podcast production, multi-camera video recording, long-form educational videos, shorts and reels content repurposing, and clean audio with consistent lighting workflow. My output standard is professional, not just good enough.

My mentorship goes beyond course delivery. I provide guidance for aspiring digital entrepreneurs, freelancers, and technical professionals who want to build real capabilities. I focus on practical implementation that students can execute immediately, not theoretical knowledge that sits unused. I believe teaching is both leverage and legacy, and my goal is to create operators who can execute, not just students who have theoretical knowledge.

Professional Consultation

My consultation services cover the full spectrum of digital business needs. I provide strategic and technical consultation for businesses seeking digital transformation, startups building their first products, and established companies optimizing their operations.

My technical consultation covers custom PHP and Node.js development, WordPress solutions including theme and plugin customization, server optimization and Linux server management, system architecture design for startups and high-traffic platforms, API integrations and workflow automation, security implementation including injection resistance and server-side validation, performance optimization and monitoring systems, and hosting infrastructure design.

My strategic consultation covers SEO strategy based on early-era experience focusing on ranking and customer acquisition through content, Meta ads and paid advertising strategy, content-driven growth strategies through blogs, communities, and niche projects, business development and value pitching, team building and hiring systems that filter for genuine competence, and productivity systems that make output predictable and operations calm.

My consultation approach is results-driven with every decision tied to business objectives and ROI. I provide scalable and modular solutions that reduce repetitive work and enable long-term growth. I deliver educational methodology with step-by-step guidance that enables clients to understand and maintain their systems. I do not create dependency. I create capability.

CRM Deployment and Customization

Through ForceGrowth, I specialize in Bitrix24 and Zoho CRM implementations for businesses of all sizes. My CRM services cover the complete lifecycle from initial deployment to ongoing maintenance.

My CRM deployment services include complete system deployment and configuration, server installation for self-hosted implementations, customization to match specific business workflows, pipeline and role design that maps company processes into CRM structures, team training to ensure adoption and proper usage, workflow automation to reduce manual processes, integration with existing systems and third-party tools, and ongoing maintenance and support.

I approach CRM deployment differently than most implementers. I do not force businesses to adapt to the CRM. I adapt the CRM to the business. I map company processes into CRM pipelines and roles, ensuring that the system works for your business operations rather than requiring your team to change how they work. This approach results in higher adoption rates and better ROI from CRM investments.

Notable CRM deployments I have completed include IGG International Golden Group for comprehensive Bitrix24 deployment including server setup, customization, and ongoing maintenance, CastleKey in Sweden for wedding and events CRM implementation, Kector Technologies for Bitrix24 customization focused on business flow optimization, IntegratedMedia for Bitrix24 CRM deployment, and 3Host Technologies for Bitrix24 deployment integrated with custom hosting CMS development.

AI Expertise

Artificial Intelligence is not a future technology for me. It is a present-day operational tool that I integrate into every aspect of digital business execution. I have invested significant time understanding how AI transforms content production, video creation, automation workflows, and business operations. My AI expertise is practical and implementation-focused, designed to deliver measurable productivity gains rather than theoretical possibilities.

AI for Content and SEO

I use AI to research, outline, write, optimize, and scale content that ranks and converts. My approach integrates AI tools into the complete content lifecycle, from initial keyword research and topic ideation through drafting, editing, optimization, and publishing. This methodology enables content production at scale without sacrificing quality or search performance. I have developed workflows that combine AI capabilities with human expertise to produce content that satisfies both search algorithms and human readers. The result is content systems that generate consistent traffic and conversions while reducing production time and cost.

AI for Video Creation

I leverage AI throughout the video creation process to maximize output quality and efficiency. My AI-powered video workflows cover script ideation and writing, hook development that captures attention, storyboard creation for visual planning, voiceover generation and enhancement, caption and subtitle automation, and content repurposing workflows that transform long-form content into shorts and reels. These workflows apply to both long-form educational content and short-form social media content. The goal is not to replace human creativity but to amplify it, enabling creators to produce more content with higher consistency and lower effort.

Prompt Engineering and AI Bots

I design prompts, role-based agents, and bot flows that produce consistent, on-brand outputs. Prompt engineering is not about writing clever instructions. It is about understanding how AI models process information and structuring inputs to generate reliable, high-quality outputs. I create prompt systems that can be used by teams to maintain brand voice and quality standards across all AI-generated content. My role-based agent designs enable organizations to deploy AI assistants that understand their specific context, terminology, and requirements. These agents can handle customer interactions, internal queries, and specialized tasks while maintaining consistency with organizational standards.

AI Automation for WhatsApp and Browser

I build practical AI automations for two high-impact areas: WhatsApp communication and browser-based workflows. My WhatsApp automations handle support inquiries, sales conversations, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-ups. These systems reduce response times, ensure consistent messaging, and free human team members to focus on complex interactions that require personal attention. My browser-based AI automations handle repetitive tasks including login sequences, tool status checks, data extraction, form submissions, and multi-step task execution. These automations integrate with existing business systems to eliminate manual work and reduce error rates. The combination of AI intelligence with browser automation creates powerful workflows that operate around the clock.

AI Implementation for Businesses

I help organizations adopt AI through practical workflows, standard operating procedures, team training, and measurable productivity tracking. My AI implementation approach is not about deploying the latest tools. It is about identifying high-impact opportunities, designing workflows that integrate with existing operations, training teams to use AI effectively, and measuring results to ensure positive ROI. I work with businesses to identify where AI can deliver immediate productivity wins, then build implementation plans that start with quick wins and expand into comprehensive AI integration. My training programs ensure that teams understand not just how to use AI tools but when to use them and how to evaluate their outputs. The result is organizations that gain real competitive advantage from AI rather than just experimenting with new technology.

Achievements and Measurable Outcomes

Over 25 years in digital solutions, I have achieved measurable results that demonstrate real execution rather than theoretical claims.

Platform Traffic and User Scale

MyPanel, launched in 2024, serves over 100,000 active users monthly. This platform represents my largest user base and demonstrates my ability to build and scale SaaS products that serve significant audiences. RDPLinks, launched in 2023, achieves over 40,000 monthly visitors and continues to grow as a WebRTC-based platform.

CrossCheck360, the background verification system I developed in 2010, achieves 100,000 to 300,000 monthly visitors and remains active after more than a decade of operation. The Financial Daily e-paper system I built between 2006 and 2010 achieved 250,000 to 350,000 monthly visitors, representing significant scale for Pakistani media at that time.

FriendsMania, my music community platform that operated from 2008 to 2020, grew to over 5 million monthly users at its peak. This platform demonstrated my ability to build community-driven products that achieve massive scale and sustain operations over extended periods.

Revenue Generation

RiskDiscovered, the background verification platform I launched in 2012, supported operations generating over 60 million PKR monthly revenue at its peak. FriendsMania generated approximately $12,000 monthly in Adsense revenue during its peak periods, sustained over multiple years of operation.

Product Customers and Student Impact

WHMCSRDP, my automation SaaS product for WHMCS and Windows server RDP provisioning, served over 800 customers during its operation from 2017 to 2020. This product demonstrated my ability to build specialized automation tools that solve real problems for specific market segments.

I have trained over 20,000 students across YouTube, Udemy, Trainings360, VideoSchool, and Air School through 15+ practical training programs. This makes me one of the highest-impact digital educators in Pakistan by student count.

Project Delivery

During my XclueSiv phase alone, I delivered over 200 projects for multiple clients across various industries. This volume of delivery built my project management capabilities and refined my approach to client communication, expectation management, and escalation handling. Through ForceGrowth, I have continued delivering projects for clients in Pakistan, UAE, Singapore, Sweden, and globally.

Industry Presence

I have worked across multiple industries and verticals including web hosting, domains, and infrastructure services, SEO and digital marketing ecosystems, CRM deployment and customization, SaaS platforms for automation and resellers, group buy tools industry and tool sharing platforms, media and publishing digitization, background verification and screening platforms, online education and training platforms, and AI implementation and automation solutions.

My Philosophy

I believe that real competence is measurable. If you cannot show the results, the competence does not exist. This belief drives everything I do, from how I build products to how I hire team members to how I evaluate my own work.

Systems create freedom. I have seen too many businesses and individuals trapped in chaos because they rely on motivation and willpower instead of building systems that make good outcomes automatic. My approach to everything, whether building a SaaS product or helping a client implement a CRM, centers on creating systems that work consistently without requiring heroic effort.

Teaching is both leverage and legacy. I can help one client at a time through direct work, but through training, I can impact thousands of people simultaneously. My training programs are not just revenue streams. They are how I multiply my impact and create lasting change in the market.

Trust is built through consistency, not charisma. I have watched charismatic founders and smooth-talking consultants damage businesses through overpromising and underdelivering. My approach is the opposite. I commit to what I can deliver, I deliver what I commit to, and I build trust through repeated execution rather than impressive presentations.

Ethical clarity matters, even when operating in complex environments. I have built products in both white-hat and grey-hat spaces. I understand the difference between “it works” and “it survives.” This dual exposure gives me a practical, non-judgmental view of how digital businesses actually operate, while maintaining clear ethical boundaries in my own work.

I have lived through early internet execution, SaaS product design, infrastructure work under real operational pressure, and environments where systems had to survive real customer load and real business stakes. This experience shapes my approach to every project I take on.

Working With Me

Whether you are here to learn through my training programs, seeking strategic and technical consultation for your business, looking to deploy CRM systems that transform your operations, or ready to implement AI solutions that deliver measurable productivity gains, my approach remains the same: evidence-based, systems-driven, and focused on measurable results.

I do not offer vague advice or theoretical frameworks. I offer practical solutions built from decades of real execution. I do not create dependency. I create capability. My goal is to leave you better equipped to succeed independently, whether that means running your own systems, leading your own team, or building your own products.

I have built platforms serving millions of users. I have trained over 20,000 students. I have delivered hundreds of projects across multiple industries and continents. I have generated significant revenue through SaaS products and service delivery. I have implemented AI solutions that transform how businesses operate. These are not claims. These are verifiable outcomes from 25 years of consistent execution.

I am here to help you build something real.
